What is the return and refund policy for the bag?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund if you're not satisfied with your bag. However bag must be unused and be returned in its original state to be eligible for a full refund.
Returns:
- If you're not satisfied with your bag within 30 days, return it for a full refund. To initiate the return process, please contact us via the Contact page
- Return shipping fees will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
- Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed or store credit for future purchase.
- Return shipping fees will only be paid by our side in case the product is defective.

What is the delivery time and processing time?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. After processing, delivery typically takes between 3 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
For Pre-Order items, generally, it will take around 30 days (A specific time would be mentioned on the product page) for us to restock it, and then process it in 1-2 days when it is restocked.
After we processed the order, then for Standard shipping orders will take around 3-14 business days to arrive.
Max delivery time – 20 business days.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
